Guidelines
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE VEHICLE. IF ANY ODOR IS DETECTED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE MAXIMUM SMOKING FEE ALLOWED BY TURO. As a reminder, Turo policy states that off-roading is prohibited on all vehicles on its platform. If you intend to transport a pet, you must pay a pet fee. The pet fee covers the cost of the additional cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, and risk associated with allowing pets in our vehicles. The front and middle roof section can easily be removed and installed without tools. A storage bag will be available to store the front roof sections. While it is possible to remove the entire roof and all 4 doors, we strongly advise you not to do this due to the complexity of the process, the tools required, the risk of damage to the vehicle, the risk of injury, and lack of storage space for all of those parts. The full removal process requires specialized tools which are not provided.
FAQs
I am flying into one of the airports. How will I pick-up and drop-off the vehicle, and what are my responsibilities?
Unless otherwise arranged in advance, airport deliveries will be made to the airport's hourly parking lot. Guests are responsible for paying parking fees to exit the parking lot upon vehicle pickup. Hourly parking fees: SFO: $2 per 15 minutes, maximum $35 per day OAK: $2.50 per 30 minutes, maximum $36 per day SJC: $2 per 20 minutes, maximum $24 per day at Hourly Lot 2 (higher at other lots) Trips that are very early or very late may incur higher hourly parking fees. RETURNING TO THE AIRPORT: Most vehicle returns will also be made to the hourly parking lot. However, If your trip-end time is very early or very late, we may instead arrange off-airport parking for the vehicle return at our expense. There will be a free shuttle that runs 24/7 for the short trip to the airport from off-airport parking. In some cases, if our schedules align well and the airport allows it, we may meet you directly at the terminal and avoid the parking fees altogether (this is not permitted at SFO).
How will tolling work?
All of our vehicles have a FasTrak toll tag. All tolls accrued on the FasTrak will be invoiced a week after the trip ends. Tolls from other tolling agencies outside of the Bay Area will be invoiced to you once the bill in received by us.

Car was pristine. This was our first time using Turo and it was really smooth. Driving a Bronco has been a dream of mine and I'm glad I checked it off the list.
Some comments:
1) We had a domestic flight so we had to take the shuttle at SFO to pick it up from the international lot. Next time I'd coordinate to get it closer to our arrival gate. This was a me problem because I was traveling with lots of luggage and a toddler in a stroller.
2) I have an android and hooking it up to android auto was glitchy at first but by when we started up the car again, it went away.
3) No need to panic and fill up the tank. The owner will fill up back to the level it was given +$10 convenience fee.
Would definitely book with this host again!
