A: Think of our pricing model like a low-cost airline's "basic" fare. You get a set number of miles per day, are responsible for cleaning and fuel, and handle your own rides to and from our location. A'la carte items such as airport delivery, post-trip cleaning, pre-paid refuel and gear/accessories are available for a nominal fee. Q: What if I need more miles? A: You have two options. Drive as much as you'd like and pay a reasonable fee per mile (way below the Turo average) -or- select "Unlimited Mileage" as an extra when you book. Q: How does airport delivery work? A: We offer an airport delivery experience that's convenient and compliant with Denver's new 2020 airport carshare regulations. Best of all, we live just a few miles from the airport. That means we can time everything right alongside your flight so there's minimal/no waiting involved at all. Q: How does this car do in the mountains? A: All of our vehicles are compliant with winter traction laws in Colorado, and have all been on several successful trips through the mountains. The vehicle will be delivered to this location just before the scheduled start of your trip. We will meet you in person to hand off the key and walk you through the vehicle's features, upload your pre-trip photos, and ensure your comfort for the duration of your rental. Guidelines

PLEASE fill Tank with premium fuel only, and do not tow with him or take him off road. Out of respect to other renters, we're trying to keep his appearance as pristine as possible. Aside from that, all I ask is that you *please* not smoke or vape anything in the car. And if you buy an ounce of your favorite strain, please remove it from the car as soon as you reach your destination. It’s a basic courtesy to both other renters and my own kiddos.

  • How can I reach you with questions, changes or emergencies?

    No matter what, *PLEASE* follow these steps :) 1) Send a message in the Turo app. Start it with URGENT if you need a response ASAP. 2) If it's urgent/an emergency, call Turo support directly at 415.965.4525 These two steps guarantee that Turo, Hassle-Free, and I have total visibility to your inquiry, Feel free to follow up with me directly by *text* (I often can't respond to calls quickly) with feedback, emergencies, and other items. Just make sure you sent the message through the app first :)

  • Can I take it off road?

    Please remember that any towing or off-reading is in strict violation of Turo’s policy and may incur substantial fines. If you have any questions regarding accessing a campsite or needing to drive on an unpaved road to reach your destination, please refer to Turo’s use policies.

  • How do I add a Driver? Can they pick up the car if they're on the reservation?

    Adding a driver is done entirely through the Turo app. If that driver is new to Turo, please ensure you leave a day or two for their approval. If you can't make it for pickup and you're primary on the reservation, you'll need to contact Turo support directly to cancel and re-book the reservation in your companion(s)' name. Turo requires that the primary renter be present with their own driver's license to release the vehicle.

What an amazing trip with Dan’s G wagon! Best experience I’ve had so far with Turo. Dan was very organized and had the car waiting for us upon arrival. The vehicle was super clean inside and out! Especially for a 2013 model. The car drives like a dream, made our ski trip a memorable one. It is a tank in the snow, which was good to have when it got snowy. Thanks and will definitely be renting again!
