Guidelines

I am extremely allergic to nicotine/smoke. Absolutely no smoking within 10 feet of the vehicle. The window trick will not work and will make me very sick. There will be a $250 cleaning fee if the car smells like smoke on its return because of the amount of cleaning I will have to pay someone to do. Please fill the tank to the same level you received it. There will be a $6/gallon charge (up to $40) if you bring it back below what you received . Please clean the car before you return it. If you leave a bunch of trash or the car is covered in dirt, there will be a $20 dollar charge for cleaning. I have a subscription to Zips Carwash so feel free to take it through Zips for no extra charge. I will not be able to deliver or pickup the vehicle for any trip. There is uber in Little Rock and I have used it many times to travel to and from the airport.

Holly was very punctual. The car was as expected and was just a pleasing to drive. If you’re looking for a short trip with the family this Honda CR-V is the way to go!

😠😠🤬😠😠😠🤬(VERY Unfair and Uncomfortable Situation)This was my first time using the App. I fly in and out of town on businesses and usually rent from airport. I been doing this now for 20 years and never had any problems...never have I had a problem like this. I picked up the car with no Problem and Holly was nice and walked me though everything. Because she had to work that morning she left key in lock box for me to pick up. Other keys were in lock box for other cars she host, but I found mine with no problem and proceed safely with car. Other cars were in parking area along with the one I had and she had motion camer sensors for when someone arrive s which is cool....Everything started off good, the car drive fine, except needed a lil brake work. I cleaned the car, fill tank up and return it like I got it. The experience was cool untill The next day she text me. Question like "Can you explain what happened to rear bumper? I'm like huh? I ask her to explain. She sent me a picture of a scratch on bumper . It look like wear and tear from vehicle.. not sure but I know I didn't do it. Her car was in good hands with me the entire time. She messaged my phone not app with a 830.00 estimate to fix the scratch I didn't do and sent me a separate app thing to send her money. She sent me some before and after pics but how do we know how recent these pictures are?? How do we know she will use that money for her car. She did not refer to my insurance I sign up for or anything so I'm really uncomfortable and confused 😣 with sending her 800+ dollars for something I didn't do. also My husband owns body shop and told me the estimate overpriced for that scacth. 2. She also gave me a rating I haven't saw without solving this matter. It sound like to my husband that this is fraud and we now have a lawyer involved In this matter to understand our rights. Until this matter is handled and since I have only a few more hours to rate this trip I would say don't use this host. This is a unfair situation and I'm not guilty untill proven so. 3. Also I asked her to provide me with confirmation that maybe one of the cars parked in her area could have backed Into her car. She failed to provide me anything but was quick to ask 830.00??? Im confused 🤔. If she gave me a unfair rating before this situation is solved we will have to sue because that's my name your using and thats Slander. Her car was in good hands with me the entire time!. If something happened Im responsible enough to handle up on my responsibility, but what I won't do is take the blame for something I didn't do.

Wish it could have gone better for her. Upon her return, I noticed scratches in the bumper. I asked her what happened so I could report to Turo for an insurance claim. Turo let me know that she had a very high deductible and that I should provide her the quote for the damage directly. I took it in and got an estimate and sent it to her. Offered to get a second estimate if she thought estimate was too high. Unfortunately, it is never fun when one causes damage to other people’s property. 😕

This was my first time using Turo and Holly made sure my first experience was a good one! The pick up and return process was very easy. If I ever find myself in Arkansas again I will definitely be checking to see if this vehicle is available.
