Didn’t effectively communicate code to access car key which left me and my family stranded for a while at 3am. Then promised partial refund but never delivered on that.

You requested to extend the trip longer, and I did that with no additional charge, I called Turo in advance to do that for your family. The lockbox code was also given in your guest instructions do to the late night check in, which I showed you the proof of that, it was in the very first sentence of your guest instructions.
