ShaRhonda is a great communicator. I picked up the car and shortly after caught a flat tire. She stayed in touch with me until it was fixed. A few days later the vehicle was towed while I was having dinner in the city. Because the auto pound doesn't allow you to get the car back when you rent through Turo (even with proof you are renting in hand), only the owner can pick it up. The only way it can be picked by the renter is when you have a notarized letter. ShaRhonda came the next day and we were able to get the vehicle. It is good on gas. I would rent this vehicle from her again.
