Car was perfect for our needs while on the Island of Kauai.

Car was filthy inside, one of the back seats had sunscreen all over it, so much that the black seat was white. Also one of the third row back seats would not fold down, maybe it is broken. I did reach out and let them know that the car was dirty just so that they wouldn’t think that it was our mess, and they said they would issue me a credit (never saw the credit).
The shuttle drivers were very friendly though, and I am sure that this may happen sometimes (dirty car), this was just my first time using this Turo.

the car quality and pick-up and drop-off instructions were great. the car was is great condition and easy to pick up. it served my party and I well for our entire trip and it did very well with gas.
