Best practice for Kauai is to allot yourself 2 hours from returning your rental vehicle to boarding your flight. NO SMOKING // NO VAPE PENS // NO PETS // NO OFF-ROADING As per Turo's rules, the car must be returned in the same condition it was received (interior and exterior). Please return fuel levels to original levels. Please note: this vehicle is equipped with GPS Tracking. This was my first time to rent via Turo, I was a li'l nervous, TBH. Rental cars were not cheap on Kaua'i during spring break, Turo's pricing was more affordable. All that followed was exemplary: communication, car condition, bonus items (boogie boards were totally worth it!), and onsite customer service. The only "negative" was having to pick up the car 8min from the airport, alone-especially in the dark. S/O to the shuttle drivers who were super-helpful and kind. It was wonderful to hear the story of Turo...thank you Joey! 🙏🏼

Car shuttle service was super easy and close to airport. Only difficulty was the drop off not being at the airport with having a 3 people. The car was clean and was in excellent condition l. Would recommend and use again.
