Guidelines
No smoking or vaping. $150 fee No pets. $100 cleaning fee No unmaintained dirt roads, rock crawling, extreme off-roading, or salt flats The car will be delivered to you clean. Please return it clean to avoid additional cleaning fees. The car will be delivered to you with a full tank of gas. Please return it with a full tank of gas or use the prepaid fuel option to return at any fuel level. Gas: Regular unleaded 85 For airport delivery (SLC), the car will be dropped off at the Economy Parking Lot. You’ll need to take a shuttle to get to this lot. It passes by every 5 mins 24/7 and it's a 2 min ride. The shuttle stop is located on the Ground Level 1. Walk outside and go west until you see "economy lot shuttle stop." I will let you know where the car is parked (Section, Row, and nearest shuttle stop) and how to get the key at the time of pick up. Guest will be responsible for the initial parking fee to get out of the economy parking, up to $20. The parking fee will typically range from $3-12. If the parking ticket exceeds $20, message me for reimbursement for the additional parking fee. For drop off, follow the airport signs that say, “Economy Parking Lot.” Once you’ve parked the car, leave the keys and new parking ticket where inside the car and leave the car UNLOCKED. Message me with the Section, Row, and nearest shuttle stop. Host will pay parking fees after the trip ends. Please notify me when/where the car is parked at the end of your trip. Message me with any questions!

Renting from Miles was great. His Jeep is excellent condition, no issues. It was very clean. Directions to find it at airport were very easy. Miles was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I would gladly rent his car again.

Pickup couldn't be easier. Drop off couldn't be easier. The car rides like a brand new car. I did confuse it with a GRAND Cherokee so I wish I had more space, but that's completely on me. Free car wash membership so I ran through it probably 10 times in 2 days lol. Miles is a great host. 10/10 would book with him again!

Very poor communication on where the car was located in the lot. No communication ahead of time on drop off procedure. I had to ask. Then he wanted me to wash the car. That’s not was listed when I booked.

I apologize for any difficulty finding the car. I try to be as specific as possible with the location of the vehicle. I did forget to send the return instructions before hand since you ended your trip early last minute. This was a simple mistake and I messaged you back immediately. I do ask guests to wash the car with the provided car wash membership, but there’s no penalty or obligation to do so. I don’t feel a 3 star rating accurately shows the effort I put in to hosting here on Turo.
