Do not recommend renting from host. No charging card provided as listed causing out of pocket addition cost to me of $240 - Sam promised to refund and yet to do so. Parking fee is daily at $21 / not the hourly $7 even if picked up at scheduled time. Out more money than worth. After promise of refund turned into me having to wait to file dispute with Turo because he refused even after document his own words to refund next day. If you chance it Plan on spending hours looking for correct charge station & paying up front on cost listed as
included. I rent often with Turo and worst experience and lack of communication. This host capitalizing and owes me money. I will pursue refund that should’ve just been provided when he said. These hosts should be banned from Turo.
