Car quality was great. I got a complaint about the key not being put back in the lockbox. How are you supposed to put a key back in a lock box that is locked with a combination? Also we got back a few hours earlier due to the weather conditions and owner refused to give credit back. Will not use again

The car quality was nice until I got on the highway seemed like the right side when I got up to 60 made a little rattling noise and would shake the steering wheel and a code B14 showed up on the dash this morning. Also the battery to the key needs replaced because it was low when I got it but the lady in the office said I would be fine
