Thanks for verifying your ID, The address is: St Margaret’s Home Care, Suite G 480 North Perry St, Lawrenceville, GA, 30046. The car will be parked near the street and the keys will be in the black dropbox by our office door (code is 330). Pls lock the dropbox again by mixing the numbers. Pls return the car clean and refueled, locking the car and dropping the keys back in the dropbox slot. IMPORTANT: pls park the car in a slot near the street, otherwise it will be towed by the neighboring offices and will be charged to your booking. We have limited online access at the moment, but please contact Turo Support at (415) 965 4525 for immediate assistance. Thank you and drive safe!
Guidelines
To ensure a safe and pleasant trip, here are some reminders before we hand-off the vehicle: 1. Go to your Turo booking and upload a selfie holding your driver’s license as part of Turo’s verification requirement. We need this to confirm your license to drive so NO ID, NO booking. 2. Please upload pre and post trip pictures to document the car’s condition and odometer readings. 3. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the vehicle or a $100 fee will be charged after your trip (other guests are allergic or asthmatic) 4. Kindly return the car in the same condition as shown in the pre-trip pictures and with the same level of gas unless these bonus options were pre-selected. Otherwise, the following fees will apply: $25 cleaning charge, $30 refuel charge, $50 smoking/substance abuse violation 5. Please observe your allocated miles, any excess miles will be noted upon check-out. 6. Your Turo incident card can be found in the glove box for roadside assistance. Please report any accidents or damages IMMEDIATELY to Turo: (415) 965 4525. Any undeclared damages to the vehicle will have to be filed after your trip. Please understand that this is a personal car, and we only ask that you return it in the same condition you found it and report any damages so we can request turo to help us resolve the issue since you are covered by Turo's protection plan.
