Guidelines

⭐️⭐️⭐️ THIS IS A VERY CONVENIENT AND HASSLE-FREE SERVICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We LOVE families and business professionals so we offer 24-hour pick-up and drop-off at our location in Lawrenceville, GA. We are very flexible with extensions, request your extension through the Turo app and we will approve it if the car is available. Once you book your trip we will require a copy of your Insurance card (Front & Back) & your Picture ID No Smoking and No Pets We ask that you familiarize yourself with and follow all Turo policies and procedures. Please use the car as if it were your own—do not race it, hard brake, speed, rev the engine at or near its limits or other engage in other activities that might damage the vehicle. Return the vehicle with the gas at the same level as when your rental started. If you don’t refill the tank, we will purchase the gas and charge the amount through Turo. Return the vehicle at or before the time on your reservation. Late returns will be charged according to Turo policies. No outside of Georgia trips are not allowed. Please mention your trip plans when booking and I’ll see if we can negotiate an accommodation. If you don’t follow the rule you will be charged $500 fee for leaving the state. Do not smoke in the vehicle. We will charge a minimum of $150 for cleaning the vehicle if we determine that either circumstance has occurred. Only those drivers listed on the reservation may operate the vehicle. Never leave the vehicle unattended with keys inside or unattended while running. Return the vehicle within the mileage limitations. Extra miles will be charged at the rate shown on your reservation. All Tickets accrued during your reservation will be charged to you upon receipt. There is no Peach Pass or any other Automatic Toll Device in the vehicle. Please make cash payments at all Tolls. In the event a toll is missed, you can pay online using the Vehicle Registration Information found in the Glove Box. Failure to pay tolls will result in a $20 fine per toll, and Turo will automatically bill your account upon receipt. In the unlikely event of a breakdown or an accident, please call Turo roadside assistance, and then send us a message on Turo app. The vehicle registration, insurance, and emergency numbers are in the glove box. Take picture of the car from all angles including gas and mileage then upload it to Turo so you won’t be responsible for any marks

  • Is driving out of state allowed?

    No outside of Georgia trips are not allowed. Please mention your trip plans when booking and I’ll see if we can negotiate an accommodation. If you don’t follow the rule you will be charged $500 fee for leaving the state.

  • Can I have another driver pick up the car for me or add an additional driver?

    In order for someone else (spouse/friend/assistant) to pick up your car rental, they MUST be an approved driver on the Turo Platform. In order for a second driver to be authorized to drive our car: Step 1: Have the driver create an account and become an approved driver using this link -https://turo.com/c/crystalm801 Step 2: Send us the link to their profile.

  • Can I extend my trip?

    Yes! If you would like to extend your trip please modify your trip in the Turo app and we will approve it right away.

  • Is there smoking permitted in the car?

    NO SMOKING, or ANY E-cigarettes, or ANY type of marijuana smell, or ANY Wipe Smoking Pipe is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $150 for detail and cleaning services.

  • How do I apply the discount code?

    If you already have a Turo account and did not use our link to sign up, but this is your first time booking a vehicle: - You will simply need to call Turo to have them adjust your booking amount to reflect the referral discount. If you used our referral code to sign up for Turo and you are booking your trip: -No worries :) Your discount will automatically be applied.

I probably didn’t get a 5 star because a cleaning fee was applied because car wasn’t given back as given. Even with the scratch I still gave him a 5 star. I make everything easy for renters all I ask is that you follow the car rules when renting.
