It has features such as a panoramic sunroof, heated and ventilated, power adjusted, passenger and driver front leather seats + heated rear seats, built-in navigation, CarPlay, Android Auto, power lift rear trunk, High-Intensity Discharge (HID) headlights, Bluetooth, rearview camera, SiriusXM etc. It even comes with a spare/donut tire! Enjoy up to 33 mpg on regular gas. We provide contactless check-in/out using a lockbox. Details discussed post-booking. The car is in mint condition and like our other cars have been meticulously maintained. Take advantage of the built-in GPS or plug into the USB-A data port to enjoy Apple CarPlay or Android Auto or use the provided phone holder for easy use of your personal phone's map application instead (Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze...). A Usb-C and Apple's lightning cable are provided. An EZ-Pass/Toll Transponder is provided for your convenience, so no need to stop at toll booths (ID Number: Old 01606230346, New 01605979780 as of 2/26/2025) - Tolls charged during your trip will be billed to your account after your trip has ended). Please do not pay tolls or carry your transponder to avoid double billing. Free delivery to BWI Airport Daily Parking Garage and BWI Airport Rail Station (airport parking fees apply up to $16 for the daily garage and up to $12 Rail Station). We endeavor to facilitate a hassle-free car rental experience to individuals who are responsible while enjoying our vehicle. Please obey traffic laws to ensure the safety of yourself and others. KEEP IN MIND: NO SMOKING of any substance inside the vehicle. You will be charged a fee for smoking per Turo's guidelines and risk being kicked off the platform by Turo. No pets. Guidelines
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed, please. Please note that the trunk is an AUTOMATIC POWER LIFT TRUNK. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MANUALLY OPEN IT. Once the car is unlocked, press the trunk button on the left of the dash to open the trunk or press the button the button on the trunk and let go, and it will automatically open. Once open, simply press the trunk close button at the top, and it will close on its own. Press the parking brakes lever with your foot, to the left of the regular gas and brake pedal (toward the drivers door) to engage or disengage the PARKING BRAKE. It's a foot operated parking brake.
FAQs
Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?
All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car being tidy upon return.
What is TuroGo?
It is a built in feature of the Turo App that allows users to unlock and lock the car to then retrieve the key placed in side. In essence it is an alternative to using the Lockbox.
How to Select/Change Delivery Location
Call Turo customer service to assist on this if not familiar with the app.
How Do I Add an Additional Driver?
Please contact Turo Customer Support as we do not provide Technical Support. Adding an additional driver is free and is best practice if you know someone else will be driving the vehicle.
What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?
Regular unleaded, we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
How Does Communication Work?
Turo does require all communication to be held in the Turo app and we do ask that you please adhere to this policy. By messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.
Where is The Pick-Up Location?
The pick-up location is listed in the app on the trip page along with your reservation details.
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as the guest you are responsible for all toll charges, charged during your trip. After each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement.
How To Use the Parking Brakes
It's a foot operated parking brake. Press the parking brakes lever with your foot, to the left of the regular gas and brake pedal (toward the drivers door) to engage or disengage (on-off) the PARKING BRAKES.
