Jacob was SUPER helpful right from the start. He walked me through how to get to the car from my terminal and checked in on me frequently throughout my stay in Las Vegas to make sure my needs were met. The Volvo was very clean when I got it and just a very nice car in general. MUCH fancier than what I’m used to from a rental. It’s shockingly good on gas, too! Not what I expected from an SUV. There was a half tank of gas in it when I got it which might throw some folks off but, not me! It took away the stress of me having to make sure it was completely full on my way to the airport. Did he get it back with more than he gave me? Yes. Do I care? Not even a little. The stress relief was worth it. I even screwed up the return instructions at the end of my trip and he was just like “no big deal!” He’s just so nice. The next time I’m back in Las Vegas, I’ll be looking for a car from Jacob. My experience with him was perfect in every way.
