Booking started off great especially with the pick up & drop off by Lyft. I hate to do this bc I'm not one to complain but the exterior of vehicle was just fine but upon going in, right off the bat I noticed A LOT of interior damage. Car was dirty. Didn't match the pictures. Vehicle was way too small for 7 people to fit comfortably. It was literally falling apart. While waiting to switch it out, the process of doing so was more difficult than it had to be. Didn't get extended properly so I had to work it out with Turo Support & return the vehicle immediately.

I chose Xuong’s car because of the free pickup & delivery at McCarran airport. I messaged Xuong through text and the Turo app multiple times in the days leading up to my trip to arrange the pickup and dropoff but Xuong was completely unresponsive. While I was on the plane, I *finally* got a message from Xuong instructing me to take an Uber or Lyft to pick the car up at a parking lot near the airport. Not ideal but at least I finally heard from Xuong. It was night and the parking lot was pretty sketchy but at least was well-lit. However, the car was not there! I messaged and called Xuong again and, what a surprise, no answer! Eventually while I was on hold with Turo support, I received a message from Xuong in the Turo app telling me THE EXACT SAME INSTRUCTIONS TO GO TO THE PARKING LOT. After about twenty minutes and getting through to Turo support, I finally received a call from Xuong blaming his employee for messing up and parking the car at the airport the whole time! Xuong-this was not your employee’s fault, this was your fault for constantly providing wrong information and not bothering to take the time to respond to my messages. If you’re going to cut corners at every possible instance, maybe you should sell your fleet and pick a line of business that doesn’t require customer service.
