Host is trying to get me to pay for scratches and dings that were previous damage shown in pre trip photos.
I would never have anyone pay for dings or scratches from a previous trip, that’s why we take pre trip photos to cover ourselves prior to the trip. To say I did that is not fair nor should hold any weight in this situation. If you didn’t cause the damage it should be found during the investigation, outside of that speaking on something that hasn’t been proven or denied is a bit extra.

D’wayne was very accommodating. We had to change our flight several times and he was very understanding and when we finally arrived he was available, very responsive, and able to bring us the car in a fairly quickly.
