Aldy was soo nice!! The car was perfect for our stay here. He also offered to drop us off at the airport after our booking was done. Great service!!

Car was dirty Both front turn signals didn’t work

He checked in late and after 20 minute of driving he called me and asked for $100 off. I asked him to return the car so I can fix the turn signals. He returned it after a day of driving 77 miles and 3/4 of gas and has the nerve to ask for full refund. He knows how to take advantage of people. I also washed and vacuumed the car just minute before the car was checked out. Glad that I took pictures of the card and uploaded it before the car was checked out. DO NOT RENT YOUR CAR TO HIM.

I thought I was nice to him for letting him take my car even though his ID didn’t match on TURO. I guess making sure he is legit is not professional. He returned the car dirty and gas on 1/8th. Just can’t pleased everyone.

Make sure you read the pickup and drop off location before booking. I didn’t get to which is my fault at that moment. Bc i thought it was at airport but it was at his house. The only nice thing was he offer Uber from himself with $35 charge. So he picked us up in the suburban just to take him back home but we get charged. The car came to us dirty. As I was trying to take pictures of many damages I see before starting my trips. He said he was only worrying about the wheels. I’m thinking to myself. Idc bc I’m still cover my a** and take all these pictures. There was dried glue everywhere interior. On our return, he got in car and did ask the passenger guest to put on mask ( he only had it off to drink some water and did forgot to put back on) but aldy said with a smart remark saying. You should protect yourself bc I could have coronavirus. So the guest said, then you shouldn’t be in car if you have it. And aldy said well you can sit in the very back if you like. Jokes or not. Shouldn’t said that bc then made all of us very uncomfortable. Especially at this pandemic. I would not recommend and I won’t rent from him again.

Sometimes you can’t make people happy. I tried my best to accommodate her but still not happy. I ignored her previous reviews and now I do believe it is just proper. She is right, read and comprehend.... It is your fault if you just ASSUMED. I picked her up at the airport and she tried to fit 9 passenger (10 to include me) on a 8 pax suv not to mention those huge luggage’s. Returned the SUV not full tank, so we have to stop at the gas station to fill it.
