Authorized driver's are not permitted to pick up or drop off the vehicle. We provide vehicle with a Full Tank of gas, please refilled back to same level that you pick up (Regular fuel is required). Car must stay within 100 miles of Las Vegas, NV for any trip. This is for road side assistance, safety and insurance purposes. Guest are 100 % responsible to pay for the parking tickets. Guidelines

NON - SMOKING POLICY Smoking is prohibited for courtesy reasons as some clients are allergic to cannabis or nicotine products such as cigarettes, e-cigs, vapes, marijuana, etc. no exceptions. There will be an additional charge of $250 for special cleaning and deodorizing the vehicle. Please don't smoke inside the car. CITATIONS, TOLLS : If we receive any road fees such as citations, tolls, you will be responsible to reimburse all fees issued to the vehicle. CAR WASH POLICY: The car can only be hand-washed, please no automatic wash as it will damage the paint. Please use hand car wash service or skip the hassle and purchase the One way-trip Cleaning extra so you don't have to worry about returning the car washed. Per Turo policy, the car is expected to be returned in the same condition as when rented out. Wash is not required, however, if vehicle is excessively dirty, please wash before returning (inside or outside). If vehicle is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will be applied. Car must stay within 100 miles of Las Vegas, NV for any trip. This is for road side assistance, safety and insurance purposes. If you need to go outside this range please contact us prior to booking. Each wheel is photographed prior to each trip, any curb rash will result in a $250 wheel repair fee per wheel. Please arrive on time at the start of your trip based on the time your selected or within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, Turo considers the Guest a no show. Please do your best to communicate any delays and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Faqs

  • Your delivery fee is a little high, is there any way you can reduce it?

    No discounts, Turo takes a cut of the delivery fee and after Uber fees there's almost nothing left. It is cheapest to come pick the car up from our location.

  • I went over miles, what should I do?

    You will be billed at the posted rate.

  • Can I extend my trip?

    If you want to extend a trip, please request it through the app. I will always approve the request if the car is available.

  • What do I do if I damaged the car?

    If you damaged the car notify me immediately. If you let me know of damage during your trip I assure you I will do my best to make sure you are charged the minimum. If you do not notify me of damage upon return, I will treat it as an indication of you not wanting to work things out. I will report the damage to Turo and they will assess their fees (if Turo mediates the damage claim they will charge a MINIMUM of $500).

  • Do I need to wash and vacuum the car after my trip?

    As per Turo guidelines, you must return the car in similar or better shape. That being said many people have had an issue with having to pay a wash fee. Please note this is a full sized SUV. If you do not prepay for cleaning you will be given a car with light cleaning done. Use this guideline: return the car in a condition that you would be happy receiving the car in. Thank you for your understanding. We know traditional rental places don't require you to wash the car but there's a reason why we offer better cars at cheaper rates.

  • Returning the car late?

    If you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security] so that you will be protected with insurance coverage. Please note that sometimes a vehicle has back-to-back rentals and can be going out only an hour after it’s returned. Any late return will lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations.

  • Any lost or broken key fobs

    We do charge the dealer price for a lost or broken key fob.

  • Need to pick up the car early?

    Simply log into the app and change your pick-up time. Insurance coverage is only valid during the booked time listed on the app. We kindly ask that if you need to pick up the vehicle early that you go into the TURO app and adjust your rental time accordingly. It’s very easy to do. (TURO does not want us to release a vehicle to a renter unless the rental period has started.) Likewise, if you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security] so that you will be protected with insurance coverage.

  • Can I let someone else drive the car?

    Only the person who rents the car is insured to drive the vehicle. If you expect that someone else might drive the vehicle, simply upload their valid driver license to the TURO app. It’s very easy to do. Unfortunately, failure to do this will cause insurance to be void, and you will be personally liable for the full cost of any damage

  • PICK-UP AND DROP OFF

    When you pick the car up, you should: Show the host your valid driver's license. A host cannot give a car to a guest who does not have a valid license. Inspect the car with the host to make sure you understand how to operate the car and its features (bluetooth, cruise control, fueling features, etc). Take a photo of the dashboard to capture the mileage and fuel level. Take photos of the car’s interior and exterior and be sure to capture any pre-existing damage so that you are not held responsible for it. You can see a detailed list of photos to take here. When you drop off the car, you should: Take photos of the car’s mileage and fuel levels. Take photos of the car’s interior and exterior to document its condition.
