Pick up of truck was very easy. The trip was over 1,000 miles and the truck ran great. It’s spacious for a larger family and very clean, would definitely rent again.

May not have been much of host's fault, but lazy inspection of whole vehicle. Had issues with really worn tires. Had to take valve to tire barn to swap out spare but then realized there was another tire badly worn. Host was cooperative. But we did lose 5 hours of road time for the day. So for future reference find a checklist of things to look for and do some research on what to look for. Turo did a good job of turning a bad thing good. Found us a car within 2 hours close by with similar attributes. But also wanted to charge us for cancelling early on the first vehicle, when it was never out fault. It was settled though.

I am sorry you feel the vehicle did not meet up to standard. Safety is the number one priority for my guest and vehicle tires were reinspected by a certified mechanic to ensure that it is 100% safe . I allowed cancellation of the trip after you had it for 5 hours and you continued to drive it although you felt the tire was worn and reimbursed you for putting the spare on. Please ensure turo ensures that each car listed is in safety compliance and as an all starhost I take pride in my vehicle
