A photo of yourself holding your license. 🔑 In order to receive the car key, please make sure your driver license information matches with the information provided on the app (such as name and date of birth). 🚫🐾 NO pets in the car ($150 cleaning fee). 🚭🚭 🚭 No smoking or vaping in the car ($250 smoking violation fee). Don't try to cover smell with any fragrance. Just smoke outside please. ⚠️💦 CLEANLINESS. I always make sure that the car is cleaned before each rental. All I ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. ⛽️ FULL TANK OF GAS. To avoid gas charges through TURO please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was delivered to you with. TURO will add $10 service fee on top off gas cost. ⏰ PLEASE BE ON TIME. If you would like to extend you trip, I will try my best to accommodate you before your trip ends. Please note: this car is equipped with a security device that may collect driving data. How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.
Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?
we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning?
we ask that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect you to go out and detail the car before returning, but we do appreciate the car to be taking care of
