• DIA Economy parking fees and Instructions

  Economy lot is $6.0/hr, $18.00 a day max. We may park the car 24 hours before the rental starts. After you pick up your bags from baggage claim on level 5, you will need to catch the West or East economy lot shuttle. The shuttle picks up outside the terminal at the DEN transit center (located on the ground level outside the Westin Hotel and on the South end of the terminal, through the glass doors and down the escalator. Take the shuttle to the stop closest to the location provided

• Towing

  If a tow is required, only a flatbed truck is allowed. Damage to the vehicle from a light duty tow will be the responsibility of the guest.

• Accidents/Roadside Assistance

  f anything unexpected occurs during your Turo trip, please reach out to us through the messaging app immediately. You may also contact Turo at 415.965.4525.   While we're here to provide guidance and direction regarding the vehicle, it is your responsibility to handle your situation. Please utilize resources at your disposal as if you were in your own vehicle, with the understanding that it is your responsibility to cover the cost of any damage. Please see the following statement form the Turo website, “The guest that booked the trip (“primary guest”) is financially responsible for all physical damage to or theft of a booked vehicle that occurs during a trip, plus any additional costs and fees resulting from damage of any kind to the vehicle, regardless of who is found to be at fault. • Can I take the car out of state

  Follow the signs for train to city located on the West side of the Airport (same as going toward the Westin Hotel). Exit through doors, take escalator down. At the bottom of the escalator go right to purchase standard fare ticket on light rail ($10.00). Take the train that is going to Union Station. Get off at the first stop. We will send exact parking location up to 24 hrs before rental

• Off- Roading

  We do not authorize guests to use this vehicle in off-road situations, even though it may be equipped for such conditions. While the vehicle is well-suited for heavy snow and mountain driving, off-road use is not permitted, and any damage resulting from such use will be the guest's responsibility.

• Express Toll

  There are express lanes in Colorado. These are fee lanes. We have provided a transponder for reduced fees. If an express lanes is used we will request reimbursement after the rental. Please do not weave in and out of the express lanes, there is a
