Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a cleaning fee and possible additional charges to restore the vehicle to its original condition. 2. No Strong Odors: The vehicle must be returned free from any strong odors including but not limited to perfumes, food, alcohol, or cleaning chemicals. Strong odors can linger and impair the comfort of future guests. Any damage or excessive cleaning required will result in additional fees. 3. No Pets: Pets are NOT allowed in the vehicle under any circumstances. Even if your pet is well-behaved, pet hair, odors, and potential damage can create significant issues. If pet hair or damage is found, additional cleaning fees will be charged. 4. Cleanliness: Please respect the cleanliness of the vehicle. Return the vehicle in the same condition you received it. If the car is excessively dirty upon return (e.g., mud, trash, spills), you may be charged a cleaning fee. 5. Responsibility for Damage: You are responsible for any damage or excessive wear that occurs during your rental period. Please report any issues promptly. Accidents or damage caused by improper use (such as smoking or pets) will result in additional charges.

• Can I take the Rivian off-road?

  No, This car, doesn't have some of the extra packages that equip it properly for off road driving conditions

• What if I need to cancel or adjust my reservation?

  Cancellations or changes can be made through the Turo app. Please check Turo’s cancellation policy for the full details. If you need any help, feel free to reach out to me!

• How do I return the car?

  Please return the vehicle to the same garage at 155 B Ave, Lake Oswego, OR. Use Spot #5 or Spot #11 when returning. Make sure to leave the key card inside the vehicle. Ensure that the car is returned within the agreed-upon time to avoid any late fees.

• How do I charge the Rivian R1S?

  The charging port is located on the driver’s side rear. To open it, press the charging port door. You can use a standard home outlet (Level 1) or a faster Level 2 charging station (recommended for quicker charging). The charging cable is located in the rear trunk, and the vehicle can also use Tesla Superchargers with an adapter.

• Where do I pick up the car?

  The car is staged in the underground garage at 155 B Ave, Lake Oswego, OR. The garage can be accessed between 1st St and 2nd St off of B Ave. Please park in either Spot #5 or Spot #11. Do not park in any other spots.

• How do I unlock and start the Rivian R1S?

  The vehicle is unlocked using the key card, which is located inside the car. Simply tap the key card on the driver’s side door to unlock it. To start the car, press the brake pedal and tap the start button on the touchscreen.

• Is there a mileage limit?

  Yes, there are relatively low limits on the miles. You may want to consider a different vehicle if you need to drive a long ways as this rental may get expensive because of how we've set this up.

• How far can I drive on a full charge?

  The 2025 Rivian R1S with the Max Battery Pack offers up to 410 miles of range on a full charge, depending on driving conditions. However, you should generally charge the battery to 90% of full and get to a charge with at least 10% battery so functionally the range is about 80% of this.

• How do I know how much charge is left in the battery?

  You can check the current battery level directly on the vehicle's touchscreen

• How do I use the air compressor?

  The air compressor is located in the rear trunk. It’s perfect for inflating tires or any other equipment you may need during your journey. If you're not sure how to use it, just reach out, and I can guide you through it!

• What should I do if I encounter a problem with the car during my rental?
