Easy pickup and drop off Ana was very quick to respond to questions and the jeep is fun to drive especially for going up to big bear🤙🏽

5 stars bc it’s an awesome truck, and Ana was nice and accommodating. However, one major thing to note is the extremely loud noise in the cabin from the light bar in the front. I wish it would have been mentioned on the description before booking, but I was only notified of it until after booking. I thought it wouldn’t be that bad but god, it’s horribly loud. We were bumping music and still could hear the sound over the music. Definitely not for you if you want a quiet ride, have conversations as you drive, or listen to music at normal volume. Other than that, it’s well taken care of.

Hi Henry, thanks for the review. Actually, I found out that if you tilt the light bar manually all the way down the noise goes away completely, please keep it in mind for the next time you rent my Jeep OIIIIIO! 👌🏼
