This will be a $12 separate charge, which the renter will pay to exit the lot and to return it back to the lot. Due to bad experiences in border cities. Our vehicles are not allowed in border cities. If you plan on driving out of state, please let us know ahead of time to ensure the vehicle is prepped for your reservation. No pets allowed unless opting in for pet fee. Must add "Pet fee extra" to bring your pet in the vehicle. Must add "Child safety seat extra" for car seat. Must add "Prepaid ev recharge extra" for POST TRIP CLEANING. All listed vehicles will be detailed from the interior to the exterior upon pick up/drop off. We provide unlimited complimentary car wash memberships with every vehicle. Guidelines
If POST TRIP CLEANING EXTRA (prepaid ev recharge) is not added to the reservation, guest must bring back the vehicle in the same condition that was provided, If not a cleaning fee of up to $150 will apply. If PET FEE EXTRA is not added to the reservation and any sign of pet hair is found, guests may be responsible for a cleaning fee of $150.

Overall was good, except the initial taking of the car which was delayed due to name in the app being a shortcut of my name in my driver license. The host would not provide the parking details until it got sorted, which was challenging as we had no signal and we had to stand in the heat with 3 children and wait till it all got sorted. It was a minor and negligible issue but caused bad clients experience.
