𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 𝗧𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗦 🛣️ All of our vehicles come equipped with a Sunpass/E-Pass. Please use the Express Lanes while traveling on all toll roads. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘀 using cash because we are still billed, resulting in you being charged twice. We will bill you for all of your toll fees at the end of your trip directly through the Turo App. TRANSPONDER NUMBER: 026398541010 𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 🚭 Please be advised that we promote and provide non-smoking vehicles, therefore, 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 in any of our vehicles at any time. This is a firm restriction and you will incur a hefty fine if we discover any evidence of smoke. We have zero judgment if you smoke, but we also have zero tolerance if you do so in our car. Please respect that these are our personal vehicles and also our livelihood. We simply cannot rent out a vehicle that smells of smoke, and must take it offline for cleaning and ozone treatment. If you choose to ignore this, we will seek $50 𝘁𝗼 $150 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, depending on severity. We thank you for not smoking in our cars. 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 🧹 All of our vehicles are washed, detailed, and sanitized before delivery. Please do your best to return the car in the condition you received it. If you did not pre-pay for Post Cleaning, we may charge anywhere up to $50 for moderate cleaning, $100 for heavy cleaning, and $150 for severe cleaning. If the vehicle is returned in the same condition as we gave it to you, there will be no cleaning expenses. 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲: 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗧𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 as the runoff makes a bigger mess and may result in a cleaning fee - even though it was washed. Thank you! PETS We love pets, but we DO NOT accept them in our vehicle as they shed and leave a smell, making it very difficult to clean for the next guest. We will seek $𝟭𝟱𝟬 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, depending on severity. 𝗙𝗨𝗘𝗟/𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟 ⛽ Please return our vehicle with the same quantity of fuel you received upon pickup. For our gas vehicles, we do not always deliver the car with a full tank - If you don’t replace the gas, we can invoice you for the cost to replace the missing fuel plus a $10* convenience fee. 𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗬 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗦 🕓 Due to Turo policy, we cannot grant access to our vehicles before the reserved start time. If you anticipate needing the car earlier, please edit your reservation on Turo. We cannot do this for you, but we will happily approve the change if we are able to accommodate.
