Guidelines
🛂 TOLLS: The car is equipped with an E-Pass transponder. Do not worry about spending time stopping to pay for the tolls. All tolls used during your trip will be charged to you directly through the Turo app after your trip. 🚘 DELIVERY: We use a contactless delivery method. The car will be parked, and the keys will be inside the car. Let us know when you arrive, we will unlock the car remotely. You will receive a message with all the instructions before your pickup time. 🚙 RETURNING: Returning the car will be contactless, the same way as the pickup. You'll need to go ahead and park the car at the location place and place the keys inside the car. Then, let us know to lock the car. (all instructions will be provided through message). If not returned to the designated area, the guest may be charged an additional fee. 🅿️ AIRPORT PARKING: Airport delivery is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you are arriving at the Orlando Airport (cheaper and more convenient than an Uber/Lyft to our location.) Guests are only responsible for paying the parking fee when picking up the car. ($3-$24) ⛽ FUEL: You will receive the car with a full tank. You may return the car with a full tank or choose the PREPAID REFUEL and do not worry about it. 🧽 CLEANING: The car will always be delivered to you, cleaned and disinfected. Guests are expected to return the car in the same condition as received. 🚭 NO SMOKING: In order to always keep our vehicles in pristine condition, we follow the zero-tolerance smoking policy. Guests are strictly prohibited from smoking in our vehicles. Violation of this policy will result in extra fees. 📍GPS/BOUNDARIES Cars are only allowed to be driven in Florida; no out-of-state trips. For your safety, all vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and can be located in an emergency. Please don't tamper or remove the device.

Offer E-ZPass?
Yes, we do have E-ZPass for the cars. You can go through the E-ZPass Lane, and then you will get billed and eventually sent to you by Toll.
Do you mind smoking?
Yes, I charge $250 for any lingering smell of marijuana, vaping, or tobacco.
Can I come earlier than scheduled to ‘Pick Up’ the car?
Maybe contact me through Turo first to Confirm the earlier pick-up.
Does the car have to have a full tank before it is returned?
Yes, each car has to be returned with a FULL gas tank, not partial. We will charge a $45 inconvenience fee regarding Turo's policy of Detail & Cleaning Services.
What are the ‘Late Fees’?
You have a grace period of 30 minutes when ‘dropping off’ a Vehicle; every 30 minutes you’re late, you will get charged.
Could I extend My trip if I wanted to?
If it is possible for you to extend your trip, you would have to contact me first because it could be booked for another client.
Pet Policy
We allow service animals or pets, ONLY dogs and cats, inside the car, but there is a Pet Fee of $ 100.
