Great value family SUV to tour Orlando with. Car was located easily at a carpark next to the airport. Few things however that stopped this being a perfect rental: one of the headlights didn't work meaning evening visibility was greatly compromised. Cruise control button worked when it wanted to, volume up button on the wheel didn't work at all. USB connector did not work to charge my Samsung phone which was annoying over long drives where I needed gps and Spotify for the kids. And if that wasn't enough, the brakes were juddering and felt like they were overdue to be replaced. The most annoying one was the key fob which didn't always lock or unlock the car (needs battery perhaps?) Somewhat embarrassing standing outside the vehicle with my bags after checking out of the hotel and the trunk refusing to open. Yes the car has high miles but it still needs to be maintained and inspected to meet the expectations of customers. Hopefully Maria will address these issues for the future. Overall not a bad experience but with some more care it could have and should have been a great one.

I didn’t like how the car came with no gps because I had to stop every minute the gps on phone goes wrong (my phone doesn’t works in the United States) but other than that it was good. Also one minute the car locks the next minute it doesn’t and I had valuables in the car

Maria made picking & dropping off super convenient. Vehicle was clean & having access to the car seat extremely helpful.
