Guidelines
Smoking is not allowed in this vehicle or any vehicle of mine! Although pets are great furry friends, please keep them out of the vehicle. If any of this occurs, a $250 fine will be initiated.

Pick up was a breeze car was expected took pics and had a great trip drop off was also a breeze good communication the whole time

Host was late delivering the car and lacked clear, proactive communication. Car was old, very dirty inside with many dings and scratches on the outside.

My apologies, you were ready to pick up the vehicle before your reservation time (2pm) and I was parked and out of the vehicle by 2:10-2:15. Instructions were sent to you. Yes you are correct, the vehicle is older, it is a 2020 and due to it solely being a rental vehicle damage has occurred along with water marks from wet clothes on the inside. Vehicle was cleaned, only the staining was left. I do not personally drive this vehicle.
