Vehicle was not safe to drive. Owner did not acknowledge this and we still paid for the full reservation of 6 days, although the owner picked it up from us after the first day. Horrible experience. Turo customer support would not reimburse us for this after 2 hours on the phone.

Lili is very nice so let me say that and she did allow our 8lb Poo-ton dog to go with us as long as she was in a crate so thank you. Before my week with the Yukon I noticed previous reviews mentioned mechanical issues with the Yukon so I messaged Lili to see if the issues were taking care of and she never replied so that should of been my first sign of trouble. We were to have the vehicle at 10am but we didn't get it until 11am so family of 5, 2 in wheel chairs, had to wait an hour. I had communicated to her all morning that our flight was on time and we would be ready at 10am. There was a wreck on the highway so I'll give her a pass on being late 1 hour. Once we got the vehicle it was very clean but had a cracked windshield in front of the driver, Lili said it just happened. Wipers blades needed to be replace but most important when we left I can feel the transmission or rear differential slipping. I was afraid to give this vehicle any strong acceleration because it was jerking. This vehicle should of never been loaned out until the issue was fixed. When I have a family of 5 with 2 in a wheel chair I stuck it out and babied the Yukon. My fault was I rented a 6 year old vehicle and will never do that again. I usually stick to a 1 or 2 year vehicle so I don't have these problems. Anyone that has this vehicle rented in the near future you should make sure Lili has fixed the issues before you are stuck on the road and if not fixed then maybe try another newer vehicle. My trip ended an hour and a half earlier and Lili was nice enough to meet me at the airport earlier so thank you. I wish Lili the best, please fix the issues and may your Turo business continue.

At the start of trip the vehicle was suppose to be picked up at the airport. The vehicle was not there when I arrived. I had to wait 30-45 min for the host to bring the vehicle. The truck needs maintenance really bad. Overall the truck was clean I just did not like the fact of having to wait extra time for the vehicle to arrive to me after a time was already set for pickup. The host was sweet and apologetic.

Lili was amazing! She had car ready for us at airport despite it being very busy, we barely waited. Car was nice and spacious, big screen made directions easy in new city. She went out of her way to be helpful/flexible in drop off too. Would rent again!

I really appreciate the opportunity to drive this Yukon during my 4 day trip in New Orleans. My flight came in a little earlier than expected and Lili was great when it came to communicating about pick and drop off. The Yukon may need a little maintenance but what car doesn’t after driving on all the bad roads in New Orleans. I really like that it came with all the bells and whistles like my does at home. It had built in navigation and bluetooth options. I enjoyed the easy of having this SUV during my stay in Nola.
