Trip started off good until, I had to extend trip for an additional day because of exhaustion. Host had already booked the vehicle to another costumer without giving a proper heads up and while I still was on the road tired and exhausted. Being that I was returning from my daughter’s graduation the host and I had a short back and forth which I told him he’s still making money and i am actually a few hours away. There’s nothing I can possibly do about your other customer that wasn’t professional of you to book before you had a chance to make sure your vehicle was returned in good condition. Host was very rude and not professional.

Ulan was an amazing host from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was quick and professional the entire trip, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was also very accommodating and thoughtful throughout the rental.
