Loved this car! We drove all over the island, including up to Mauna Kea’s information center, and had no issues at all. The host was also very responsive and shared clear instructions with us. Would absolutely rent this car again.

good communication but disappointed with the car, cock roaches and ants infested under the floor mats, in the headliner, and in the buttons of the center console, i have a 1 year old and found the bugs on him. had to refund
Again, as we expressed during our multiple exchanges around this issue, we’re very sorry this happened, especially with your young child present. The vehicle had been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after the previous trip, but these tiny insects clearly hatched shortly afterward. Living on the Big Island, the warm climate can unfortunately cause eggs to hatch very quickly if even a few crumbs from a prior guest remain hidden. We missed this before dropping the car, hence the full refund.
