Aloha! Welcome to the Big Island! 🌋 This is ultimate Hawaii vehicle! This isn’t your basic wrangler, this is a Rubicon. Which means it is upgraded and far more capable. Featuring a soft top, which allows you to more easily open up the Jeep for the freedom and fresh Hawaii air. Already have a rental? No problem! Park your current rental at my house while you take the jeep out! Amenities include: 🌴Apple CarPlay and Android Auto 🌴Backup camera 🌴Power door locks and windows 🌴Front USB, type C and aux input 🌴Rear seat access to a standard power outlet as well as 2 USB and 2 type C ports ports 🌴Rear seat air vents 🌴Font and rear differential lock 🌴Electronic sway bar disconnect 🌴And, of course, that Jeep experience! There will be no mistaking this wrangler on the island with the unique look it has. Does not look like your typical mainstream rental. Jeeps go fast, so book it while you can! Please be aware that google maps can sometimes take people one street over to Haia street.
Guidelines
This vehicle is a soft top. I have no problem with you taking the top down if the following conditions are met: 1) You’ve done this before and are 100% comfortable OR 2) You will look up and research how to safely remove the soft top without damaging it as well as properly storing window panels so they won’t bend. Lastly: Make sure you securely latch the soft top when putting it back together. Failure to do so can result in the top blowing back at highway speeds. This will damage the top and cost us both $$$. Other than that, enjoy the open Jeep feeling! **Obviously, no smoking or vaping of any kind. No pets. Take care of my baby, I love this Jeep.

Booked rental for Allison’s jeep that started at noon. We discussed airport pickup previously, but I did not get any information about where specifically we’d be picking up the car. I still haven’t heard from her 30 minutes prior to noon on the pickup day. I messaged Allison on Turo without success, attempted multiple calls, and left a voicemail. I finally hear back from her 15 minutes after the pickup time, without any explanation, apology, or offer to extend the time of the rental. In the listing, it says that you MAY be charged up to $15 for airport pickup. I was not told that this amount would be charged to me until I was taking the jeep out of the parking lot. Up until then, I was under the impression that Allison was running late. The jeep had actually been parked in the airport lot for over 24 hours, and despite this, Allison has not given me any pickup instructions until after the booked pickup time. I was also charged $18 for parking, which Allison said she would refund me the $3. I have not received this money. The checkout process was also poorly communicated. I did not receive any detailed check out instructions until I contacted her myself requesting them. I received 2 sets of drop off instructions which conflicted with each other - one to leave the jeep locked in the airport lot, and one to leave it unlocked. I responded to clarify, but did not hear back from her before the drop off time. I understand that mistakes do happen, but communication was exceedingly poor. I would definitely not book with Allison again, nor would I recommend others to do so due to this difficulty in communication. I found the way she handled the situation to be extremely inconsiderate. The only reason I did not rate this experience with 1 star is because the jeep was as listed.

Had a wonderful time just driving the island and using Shaka app for a self guided tour! Just be aware there is a fee to pay at parking lot at airport to get the car out. About $15 but no big deal.
