Beach supplies and car seats are also available. We are a local family, born and raised, and welcome all with aloha. DELIVERY SERVICE! We can have the car ready for you at the airport as soon as you land, or we can deliver this vehicle directly to you anywhere on the island! The delivery fee includes the pickup at the beginning of your trip AND the drop-off at the end of your trip. You can also pick up and drop off the car for free within the zipcode 96744.

Responsible and respectful renters only, please. We will provide excellent customer satisfaction and kindly expect you will reciprocate. This is our family vehicle and we take great care of it. We will provide you with a very clean car that has a full tank of gas. Please return it in the same condition you received it or opt to pay the additional cleaning and/or fuel fee for your convenience. Please leave the beach outside the car. The sand in Hawaii is very fine and difficult to remove from seats and carpets. Dust or rinse off before entering the vehicle, please! Based on Turo's guidelines, if the car is returned with excessive sand, trash, spills, or stains (suncreen can stain leather seats), a $250 cleaning fee will be charged. To avoid any fees, there are some wonderful places you can wash/vacuum or detail the car. Please give yourself ample time before returning the car to visit: - McKinley Car Wash, 1139 Kapiolani Blvd, Honolulu, 96814 (7am-5pm) - Yajima Service Station, 1375 S King St., Honolulu, 96814 (7am-4:30pm) - Windward Auto Spa, 46-151 Kahuhipa St., Kaneohe, 96744 (7am-6pm) - Dezam Detailing, 45-558 C17 Kamehameha Hwy, call for appt: (808) 940-2833 No smoking or vaping in the vehicle at all. A $300-$500 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking/vaping is found. Thank you for being respectful of this rule. We are a non-smoking family and have allergies to smoke. Replacement key fob cost is $250 for lost or damaged fobs. They are not water-resistant. By booking our car you are agreeing to these terms in addition to Turo's terms. Thank you!

How many pieces of luggage can fit?
When using all 8 seats for passengers, you can fit 2 carry-on bags in the trunk. If you fold both of the 3rd-row seats down and only have 5 passengers, you can fit 4 large pieces of luggage and 2-4 carryons.

Being honest, I was iffy on renting from an individual vice an in person rental company. I can safely say I had nothing to worry about. I know this might depend on who you get but Cynthia was hospitable, and amazing to work with. She was never demanding or rude and made our vacation with my family possible. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again Cynthia!
