I love this Soul and make sure it's well cared for - Thank you in advance for respecting my vehicle and caring for it as if it was your own. ❤️ 🚙 🤙 While we are excited for you to enjoy all the beauty and beaches, hiking and scenery the Big Island has to offer, please remember you are using a family vehicle and we ask that you treat it as though you were borrowing from family or friends! Please be mindful of keeping sunscreen off the seats and sand/dirt/mud out of the vehicle. Vehicles that are returned with excessive sand/dirt/mud and/or sunscreen/food/drink stains may be subject to additional cleaning fees. Please do not eat or drink (other than water) in the vehicle. You'll find tons of great places along your journey to stop, snack and take in the scenery. Remember NO smoking or vaping of any kind. This is not only a family rule, but also part of the Turo rental policy. Please remember that the extras that you choose are not covered by your protection plan. Please take care of them as they were your own. Lost or damaged items will result in additional repair or replacement fees. Please especially note: Lost or damaged KEY FEE is $400.00. Please keep track of the key. I'm an animal lover too, but sorry, no pets. I will deliver the car clean and with a full tank of gas - Make your return (and the end of your amazing trip) hassle-free by selecting the PREPAID REFUEL option in our Extras! Absolutely NO off-roading - this vehicle does not have the clearance to navigate the islands very rocky remote roads. This vehicle cannot make it to Mauna Kea's Summit. If you're looking for a 4x4, please check out my profile as we also have a Jeep available. Sorry, no overnight sleeping in the vehicle. Finally, please remember, Turo policy requires all vehicles to stay on state maintained roads at all times and only drivers listed and approved by Turo are insured and covered to drive the Soul. **By Booking this vehicle, you agree to all of the guidelines outlined here and in the Turo Guest policies.**

Car was great… good on mileage, plenty of space for our family of 3 (with luggage), nice little hidden compartment in the trunk. I’ve never driven a car with Apple CarPlay and using it was really seamless. I was told new tires are going on it before it’s next trip out, so that good for future users too!
Pick-up and drop-off were seamless in the airport parking lot… although I did get lucky and nabbed a spot as someone was pulling out when we were dropping it off. You may want to consider giving yourself a little extra time arriving to the airport, just in case the lot is full and you have to wait for a spot to open.
Both Carrie and Lucinda (co-host) were responsive and informative and easy to communicate with.
I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this car again.

The kia was great var, ran really well & super clean. Had beach gear for us to use. Only one issue, couple the tires were bald so when is rained it got really squarely, other than that great are & wonderful host
