Due to Coronavirus concerns, we disinfect the entire surface of every vehicle between trips Our Kia Soul may appear small from the exterior but open up into a roomy space for 5 adults comfortably. Easy to maneuver even at the beach and can fit in any parking stall... This "soulful" car has a lot of get up and go for your fun days driving around the island. The trunk is perfect for hauling luggage, coolers, beach chairs and boogie boards... can even fit up to 4 golf bags. Rental Extras: We offer a lot of rental extras. Let us know if you need something that’s not listed, we will try to get you what you want. We know you’re on vacation and don’t want to worry about cleaning. Prepaid cleaning is advised. Absolutely no smoking of any kind or eating in the car is allowed. If you do end up in some dusty areas, keep the windows up to prevent dust getting in the air vents. If there are any issues with the Soul, please contact me directly and I will resolve it ASAP. However this is a NEW vehicle and will serve your driving pleasures well. For any accidents or roadside assistance refer to the Turo insurance card in the vehicle and contact me as soon as possible.

Turo's Fee Guidelines
Violation fees | Guests Review our policies and their related fees to avoid unexpected charges. Additional distance fee – If you exceed the mileage included in your trip, your host can charge you an additional distance fee for each added mile/kilometre driven. Additional usage – If you’re 30 minutes or more late to return a vehicle, your host can charge you for additional usage. Claims processing fee – If you or your host files a vehicle damage claim and Turo handles it, we’ll charge you a claims processing fee of up to $150*. There are no fees if you and your host resolve the claim directly. Cleaning policy violation fee – If you return the car in a condition that could have only resulted from irresponsible or abusive behavior, we may charge you a violation fee of $150* plus an additional 3% processing fee. In some circumstances and at our full discretion, we may also remove you from Turo. EV charging fee – If you return an electric vehicle with missing electric charge, your host can charge you a fee of $50* for a 0%-20% remaining charge, $20* for a 21%-50% remaining charge, and $10* for a 51%-80% remaining charge. Fuel replacement inconvenience fee – If you don’t refuel before returning a vehicle, your host can charge you a $10* convenience fee in addition to their cost to replace the gas. Gray market policy violation – If you make payment outside of Turo for charges meant to be handled via the platform, we may charge you a $150* processing fee plus liquidated damages of $5,500* as per our Terms of service. Guest cancellation fee (outside the free period) – If your trip was two days or shorter, we’ll charge you half of one day’s trip price and trip fee. If your trip was longer than two days, we’ll charge you one full day’s trip price and trip fee. If you add delivery, we’ll charge half of any delivery fee. Guest no-show fee – If your trip is two days or shorter, we’ll charge you 75% of one day’s trip price and trip fee. If your trip is longer than two days, we’ll charge you two days’ trip price and trip fee. If you add pickup/return, we’ll charge half of any pickup/return fee. Improper return fee – Turo may charge you a $50* improper return fee if you fail to respond to requests to return a vehicle, abandon a vehicle, force a trip cancellation, or for other reasons we determine. Late return fee – If you return a vehicle two hours or more past the trip’s scheduled end time, your host can charge you a $20* fee, in addition to the cost of your additional use of the vehicle. No smoking policy violation fee –Neither you nor your passengers may smoke in any vehicle on Turo. If your host provides physical evidence of smoking, we’ll charge you a $150* violation fee plus an additional 3% processing fee. Processing fee – If a host’s reimbursement issue requires intervention from Turo, we’ll charge a 3% processing fee. Service animal and pet policy violation fee – If you return a vehicle with an excessive amount of animal hair or if you transport a pet without permission in a vehicle not labeled as “pet friendly,” your host can charge you a pet cleaning fee of $150*. Ticket transfer inconvenience fee – If you incur a moving violation ticket in Australia, we may charge an inconvenience fee of up to $40 to compensate the host for completing a ticket liability transfer.

New Automated reservation glitch. I didn’t intentionally ignore the reservation. It did not come through the Turo booked trips page…I checked repeatedly and no reservation showed up. I would have never given up a chance to make money on this platform. I contacted the guest and explained and apologized profusely. They were very forgiving. Turo was not.
