We are disinfecting the entire surface of the vehicle between trips due to Coronavirus concerns. Turo policy (as well as car rental agencies) requires you to stay on state maintained roads at all times. No off- roading lava trails, lava rock trails chew up the tires and are super tough on the vehicle. If the tires come back with gouges in them, you will be responsible for a new set. If there are any issues with the vehicle, please contact me directly and I will resolve is ASAP. For any accidents or road side assistance refer to the Turo insurance card in the vehicle and contact me as soon as possible. We will deliver the car to you at your desired location, Hotels & Airports included! (Fees may apply) (Contact us for more details) Return the vehicle in the same condition it was rented to you. If you can not have it cleaned no worries I can take care of it. (Fees do apply) Post trip cleaning fee $60 Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal.
