Guidelines
We require that you send a photo copy of your drivers license immediately upon booking. Driver must be 25 or older to rent. It goes without saying, DON’T drink and drive 🙏🏾 Please, NO SMOKING in Midnight 🌚 . Also, no pets. There will be a $250 cleaning fee assessed if there is any violation of this policy. Full reimbursement will be requested in the event of any parking tickets incurred during your trip. Please return Midnight 🌚 in the same condition given (full tank, washed and vacuum cleaned) unless prepaid gas was selected or a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. You can opt to return the vehicle unwashed for a $65 fee at any point prior to drop off.

Hi Manny! I appreciate that you rated the other aspects of your trip with 5 stars! My aim is to provide superior customer satisfaction. It’s unfortunate that you felt communication was lacking, but unfortunately it seems that you wanted to communicate off of the Turo platform. As an All Star host, I know that to be against Turo’s TOS. I apologize if this was an inconvenience for you but we made every effort to communicate with you on platform to accommodate your requests. Mahalo for renting!

It was actually great, it provided the space needed for our family. The gas per mileage was awesome and the cleanliness was amazing.
But yes we did have a minor issue with the vehicle. Only realized it when braking from a speed over 40 the car kind of shakes vigorously.

Not forthcoming with how to handle situations even after notification The vehicle was used for less than 24 hours, and I was only asked to drop it off on the last day, even though I was not using the vehicle, and had informed Turo of this fact. It was such an unhelpful and horrible experience dealing with Turo after the incident.
