Overall was a great car for our needs. Car ran smoothly, was clean and we did not have any issues.

Our only one complaint was similar to what others mentioned - lack of communication around pickup location.

I had messaged the owner a couple days before our flight requesting pickup information, before boarding our flight and after landing and did not receive any communication back regarding the location of the car.
To add to the frustration I could clearly see the owner read the messages since the app indicates when they've been read.

After walking around the parking lot for 15mins I finally was able to go through the app's Support page to make a phone call directly to the owner. He did answer right away and provided me with the parking location immediately and I was able to find the car.
I do understand that he may have been waiting for previous renters to return the car and provide the location to him, but again there was no responses via text indicating this.
I'd suggest being more proactive and responsive when renters are reaching out to you for the pickup location, as there is nothing more frustrating than having to search for a car after spending a day traveling.

Other than the pickup trouble, everything was great and would be willing to rent from them again.
