Complimentary Pick-Up/Drop-Off: We offer free guest pick-up within a 2-mile radius of our lot, including OGG - Kahului Airport, during operating hours (8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday). After-Hours Travel: For guests arriving at OGG - Kahului Airport outside our operating hours, we facilitate a hassle-free self-check-in. Your vehicle will be ready and accessible just outside our lot, ensuring you can start your adventure without delay. Reliable Uber and Lyft services are available for direct transit, with rides to and from the OGG - Kahului Airport at approximately $6.
1. Fuel Policy Return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the trip. Use only the specified octane gas (e.g., Unleaded 87). 2. Can Someone Other Than the Primary Person Pick Up the Vehicle?
No, the primary person who booked the vehicle must be the one to pick it up. However, we understand the need for flexibility during your rental period. You are welcome to add additional drivers to your booking at no extra charge. Please note that all additional drivers must have an active Turo profile and be officially added to the booking through Turo's platform to be authorized to drive the vehicle. Do You Offer Car Seats?
Yes, we offer car seats suitable for all ages to ensure the safety and comfort of your little ones during your trip. When booking the vehicle, please make sure to select the 'Extras' option and specify the number of car seats needed. Upon picking up the car, kindly message us about your car seat requirements to ensure they are ready for you. Please note, that due to liability reasons, we are unable to install the car seats for you. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly install the car seat(s) in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines. Do we have to clean the car when returning
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. Please ensure you use only Unleaded 87 octane gas to refill the vehicle. Cesar’s Ford Bronco was rugged, cool and capable. However, it was not as clean as I thought it would be in the photos. It looked like it was just returned from a previous booking as there were stains on the floormats and seats.
Pick-up and drop-off was easy and location is conveniently close to the airport.
Overall, we had a great trip, the SUV was fun to drive.

Car pick up was at an airport lot and not at the hotel where it states it would be so we had to shuttle there.
The seats in the vehicle are pretty stained and need to be steam cleaned.
Host said we could pick the car up early so we showed up to the lot early. The guest renting before us did not return the vehicle on time so we ended up sitting at the airport parking lot for a couple hours waiting on the vehicle. While I understand this was not the host’s fault, he failed to let me know there was an issue until I reached out to inquire the status.
