I’ve rented through Turo many times before, and this was by far the easiest and smoothest experience. I had to adjust both the pickup and drop-off times during the reservation, and modifying the trip was quick and seamless—with no extra fees.
The Tesla was in flawless condition and a joy to drive. Even as a first-time Tesla driver, I found it intuitive and surprisingly easy to get the hang of. Connecting my phone via Bluetooth was effortless, and the ride was incredibly comfortable.
The host was outstanding—super responsive within a minute every time, even early in the morning. I also really appreciated the option to pay a bit extra and skip recharging before returning the car—such a convenient perk.
Pickup was just 10 minutes from home at a designated parking spot, and everything went off without a hitch. Highly recommend and will definitely rent again!
