This Mazda CX-5 has a great personality of it’s own! It’s reliable, sturdy, and is a pro at getting you from point A to point B. It is always clean, smells amazing, and can crank up the tunes if so desired. It is also frequently maintenanced, the first week of August was the most recent inspection to be exact. Whether it’s across the country or to the grocery store a few blocks away, this Mazda CX-5 gets the job done. The seats are heated, and the back seats can fold down for extra storage as well. It may not be the flashiest car, but I would say it is the most reliable car you could ever drive in! Transponder ID Number (EZ Pass): 02209321651

The Exception Is When It Comes To Smoking - Smoking Is Not Allowed In The Vehicle, Since The Scent Tends To Linger And Cling To The Vehicle's Interior Surfaces. The One Rule Is That At The End Of The Trip You Use The Car Vacuum Located In The Back-Left Of The Trunk To Leave The Car As Clean As You Found It.

  • If (Knock On Wood) I We're To Get Into An Accident And The Car Became Undriveable, What Should I Do?

    The same protocol as with a dead battery applies for a totaled vehicle, as long as you are safe. If you need medical attention, call 911 immediately. If you are okay and safe, but the car is unusable, contact me (the host) initially and then proceed to call 1-415-965-4525 (US) and supply them with the circumstances and your location. If you were in an accident with another vehicle, record the other driver’s full name, address, and contact information. Get the vehicle registration number and insurance provider information. Be sure to get the contact information of any witnesses. And be sure to take clear photos of their car and all damage. Provide all those the other party involved in the accident with the Turo Incident Information card. If the vehicle needs to be towed and you can’t wait for the repair, or the vehicle can’t be repaired at that time, call us at 1-415-965-4525 (US) In a scenario where an accident occurred and you can still drive, contact your me (the host) to inform me of the event and then continue your trip and be sure to report the damage within 24 hours from the time of the incident. Use Turo's Resolution center to file said report.

  • How Does Paying For Tolls Work, Because I See You Have Listed That The Vehicle Posses An EZ Pass?

    When it comes to tolls during your trip, feel free to use the EZ Pass provided which is located on the windshield behind the rear view mirror. At the end of the trip, I will check the EZ Pass statement and add the toll fares to the vehicle rental invoice.

  • What If The Vehicle Dies And Needs To Be Jump Started, What Should I Do?

    If for whatever reason the vehicle develops a dead battery during your travel, go ahead and send me a message on the Turo App and the call roadside assistance at 1-415-965-4525 (US). Explain the suspected issue, in this example a dead battery, as well as your current location. Whether it be because you left an interior light on overnight, or you inadvertently switched the headlights from automatic to manual and left them after turning off the car, roadside assistance will be provided and sent by Turo. I know things change and I am more than happy to accommodate these changes as long as it does not impede other guest's travel plans.

Great communication and timely pickup. I would rent again. Car is a little older model tho 100k+ miles but it ran very well.
