This is a brand new Tesla model y. Excellent condition and performance. Maintained like never used before. You’ll love driving this car. This is a fully auto pilot configured and you can experience the tesla auto pilot features if you haven’t before. This car is fast and take 0-60 in 5secs.. You’ll love it . If is great fun 🤩 There are 4 Tesla Superchargers and over 900 EV chargers in the Kansas City area which give you many options for charging. Once the car is done charging you must unplug from the Supercharger within 5 minutes or Tesla will bill us for idle fees which start at $1/min. After the trip, we will bill you for all Tesla Supercharging and idle fees incurred during the rental. (A charge at a Supercharger is roughly $5-15).

We just expect the car returned clean. Please maintain the car clean and as we have covid rules in place, we expect you to just sanitize or wipe off the hotspot areas. Cleaning car befor returning is sometimes tedious. Please feel free to add the the cleaning addon so that you can return the car hassle free. Note that cleaning add on excludes few things please pre-check all of those things.

  • How do I unlock and unlock the doors?

    To lock and unlock the doors from outside the car swipe the Keycard just below the camera that is to the rear of the drivers side door window. There is a diagram on the back of the keycard. From inside the car you can lock and unlock the doors by tapping the padlock icon at the top left corner of the map. If you lose the Keycard please contact us so we can provide assistance. A locksmith will not be able to help you with this car.

  • How do I open the doors?

    While outside the vehicle after unlocking the doors press the large part of the handle in with your thumb and pull on the skinny part of the handle that pops out with your fingers. From inside the car press the button with the small white dash that is located on the grab handle on the door. As you push the button push out on the door at the same time and it will unlatch and open. In an emergency if the vehicle loses power and the normal door button does not work, you can pull up on the latch that is located where the window buttons are located which will mechanically open the door. Please note this method should only ever be used in an emergency as it can damage the vehicle if utilized.

  • How do I start the car?

    When you get in the vehicle it will automatically “start” and all functions will be available to use such as climate control and music, but you will. It be able to shift the vehicle out of Park. To be able to drive the car you need to swipe the Keycard just behind the cup holders. Once you have swiped the card behind the cup holders you can put your foot on the brake and shift the car out of park. When you are done driving simply exit the car and everything will shut off automatically. Don’t forget to lock the car when you leave it by swiping the Keycard below the camera to the rear of the drivers side window. The car will honk and the mirrors will fold in which means the car is locked.

  • How do I open the glove box?

    Tap the car icon on the bottom left hand corner of the screen and a menu will appear on the touchscreen. At the bottom of the menu you will see a button that says glovebox. Tap that button to open the glovebox.

  • How do I adjust the mirrors, seat and steering wheel?

    You can adjust both front seats electronically using the controls on the door side of the seat. This also includes lumbar support. To adjust the mirrors and steering wheel tap on the car icon in the bottom left hand corner of the touch screen tap on either steering wheel or mirrors on the menu that appears. To make the actual adjustments use the left scroll wheel on the steering wheel. You can scroll up and down as well as left and right as per the instructions on the screen. Once you have everything set the way you like it you can save your settings using the Guest 1 or Guest 2 profiles. As you are making changes you will see the a menu pop up on the touchscreen asking you if you want to save your changes. To switch between profiles tap the profile name in the top right hand corner of the screen and select which profile you would like to use.

  • How do I find chargers?

    If you are going on a long trip simply input your destination into the car’s navigation and it will automatically route you through Tesla Superchargers on the way to your destination. It will give you an estimate of the charge you’ll have when you get to each Supercharger as well as your destination as well as tell you how long you’ll need to stop at each Supercharger. A typical Supercharger stop takes 15-30 minutes but could be longer under certain circumstances. If you want to see all Tesla Superchargers and Tesla destination chargers in your area tap anywhere on the map. This will bring up a menu on the bottom right hand side of the map. Next tap on the lightning bolt icon in the menu that just appeared and it will map and list all nearby Tesla chargers. Simply tap on any charger you want and it will Navigate you there. You can also use the included Tesla Mobile Connector to charge using a standard outlet or a NEMA 14-30 or NEMA 14-50 240v outlet. The mobile connector has a 20’ cable built in. You will gain roughly 5-6 miles of range per hour of charging on a standard outlet. You will get 20-30 miles of range if per hour of charging you charge using a 240v outlet. There are many non-Tesla EV chargers you can use as well. The car comes with a J1772 adapter which works at most non-Tesla chargers. ChargePoint is the most common non-Tesla charger. You can use it by downloading the ChargePoint app and signing up for an account. Your phone must be NFC compatible or you must purchase a ChargePoint card to use these chargers. You can find more information on their website. Another good resource for finding charging locations is using the PlugShare App. This app is based on crowd sourced data so it is the most comprehensive listing of chargers, but it may show chargers that are not publicly accessible and the information may be out of date.

Car is great hard to beat the mY make sure you ask for charging cord this guy don't include it caused some issues on our trip rented tesla s lots of times always comes with cord but still a good trip. Hard not to be smiling while in a tesla
