If you didn’t purchase the prepaid recharge, bring it back with the same level of charge as received. Otherwise, there will be a recharging fee. - For contactless return, please put the key in the INNER pocket of the pouch, leave the pouch in the glove box, and then lock the car. Please notify me of your drop-off time 30 mins in advance. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any potential parking fee incurred beyond 30 mins. Other requirements: - The renter is responsible for all fines, tickets, and tolls. Tolls managed by FastTrack are charged to my account automatically. Please let me know before the trip end so that I can send you the toll charge. For tolls not managed by FastTrack, you are responsible for paying them on the corresponding website. - If you need more time, please ask for an extension 24 hours beforehand. If the car is available, we will gladly accommodate you. - No pets, smoking, or marijuana allowed in the car (a cleaning fee of up to $250 could be charged). - Only REGISTERED Turo guests who made the reservation are permitted to operate the vehicle. • Where can I charge and how long does it take to charge it?

  1. Charge using Tesla's supercharger network. It can be charged to 80% within 40 minutes, and it is billed to my Tesla account. I will get reimbursement from you at the end of the trip. Note: Tesla charges an idle fee of up to $1/min if the vehicle is not moved within 5 mins after charging is complete. 2. Charge at any non-Tesla charge station using the provided adapter (make sure to take the adapter after charging) 3. Charge at home on a regular wall outlet using the portable Tesla charger (only provided upon request). Although it is slow, it gives you 40-50 miles when charged overnight.

• Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning it?

  Yes, please bring back the car in the same cleanness as received. A cleaning fee might be charged if the car needs to be cleaned.
