The car was comfortable and ran great, and the gas mileage was a huge bonus. Roman was responsive before and during the trip. The only issue we had was dealing with a flat tire, the car has wheel locks, but the key wasn’t in the car(the spare, tools, and manual had also been removed) so what could have been a quick and easy fix ended up taking about 3 hours and completely changing our day. I will definitely be checking for those things on any future rental just in case.

Renting with Roman was great! I was on a tight schedule so needed pick up and drop off at LAX. Roman was right on time and super communicative. The car was great and gets incredible gas mileage!
