This was my first time using Turo. It was great and Rafael was very responsive. The car was nice and clean inside, but smelled heavily of smoke. I cleaned and bought products to help for the week, but it was offensive. As a non-smoker this was a miss for me and something I will not forget to ask for future trips.

Able to social distance during key exchange. Rafael was very good about communicating and answering any questions. The car was great! Super cold ac, very comfortable drive, and the simple to navigate radio made the road trip fun and easy. The car is also great on gas and incredibly spacious.
