Friendly easy to work with. Vehicle was in great shape

The Highlander was a horrible rental experience. There was prior damage to the car that I had to point out to the agent. The alignment and brakes were not safe and the smell of cigarettes and weed was gagging. It was a hassle driving it and at the end, had to Uber to the airport since no one was available to take my family and I to our flight. Owner apologize and refunded $20. 😒
