No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. Although car is pet friendly, please clean up and pet hair or remnants or there will be $150 cleaning fee assessed.

• GPS is marked as available amenity. Does it mean it is built in?

  The GPS is not a built in GPS, GPS are rented separately just as you would do on a baby seat.

• Do you offer car seats?

  We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the amount of car seats needed. When picking up the car, please remind agent of the car seats needed - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install carseat

• Do we have to clean the car when returning?

  Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. • Will car come activated with toll pass?

  Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.

• Is there smoking permitted in the car?

  NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.

• Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?

  Car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level with 87 octane unleaded fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
