1) DELIVERY: For your convenience, we offer vehicle delivery throughout various Houston destinations. (Delivery fee charged) A. Our location: Pick up at our location (FREE) B. Guest’s Location: Get vehicle delivered at your address (Delivery fee Charged) C. William P. Hobby Airport: Get vehicle delivered at airport (Delivery fee Charged) D. George Bush Intercontinental Airport: Get vehicle delivered at airport (Delivery fee Charged) E. Various hotel in galleria and downtown area (Delivery fee charged) 2) RE-FUELING:⛽️The vehicle is provided with Fuel. The vehicle is expected to be returned with an equal Fuel level. Fuel will be charged with an additional inconvenience fee of $10, with the gas invoice. 3) TOLL ROAD CHARGES: For your convenience, this Vehicle is set up with toll Tags. As soon as we receive the statement, we will request reimbursement from you including one-time $5 fee. 4) MILEAGE: Mileage is limited and overage will be charged at per mile rate. 5) CLEANLINESS & CARE: The Vehicle is expected to be returned in the same condition it was rented out to you in. If the vehicle is brought back unreasonably dirty (determination to be made by service Director) you will be Charged a cleaning fee. 6) NO PETS/NO SMOKING: 🚭⚠️My cars are smoke and pet free. Absolutely NO SMOKING or PETS of any kind. A $250 Smoking fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke smell. A $250 pet fee will also be charged in-case of evidence of pet’s hair or odor is detected upon return. 7) Hassle-free‼️ Most importantly, we are here for you!
