1) DELIVERY: For your convenience, we offer vehicle delivery throughout various destinations. There is an additional parking fee for airport location from $3-$15. A. Our location: Pick up at our location (Free charge.) B. Guest’s Location: Get vehicle delivered at your address (Delivery fee Charged.) C. Airport's: Get vehicle delivered at airport (Delivery fee Charged.) D. Various hotels in the Metropolitan area (Delivery fee charged.) 2)RE-FUELING:⛽️The vehicle is provided with fuel and should be returned with an equal fuel level. If you don't want to go through the hassle of filling the fuel back up we can take care of that, there will be an additional inconvenience fee of $10 plus the gas invoice. Note: Grade level for fuel can be easily found as the gas tank cover (premium or regular.) 3)TOLL ROAD CHARGES: For your convenience, the vehicles are set up with a Toll Tag. You are able to use the tolls however please expect to be charged for the tolls you use. As soon as we receive the statement, we will request reimbursement from the app. 4)MILEAGE: Millage is limited and you will be charged at per mile rate if you go over the allotted miles per the trip. 5)WASH/NO PETS: The Vehicle is expected to be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. If the vehicle is brought back unreasonable dirty (determined to be made by our Service Director) you will be charged a cleaning fee accordingly. Additionally $150 pet fee will be charged if any evidence of pet’s hair is detected upon return. Please be respectful of this policy. 6) NO SMOKING: 🚭⚠️My cars are smoke and pet free. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed. A $250 Smoking fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke smell.
