You will have to catch a shuttle to this lot from the baggage claim area if you are flying in. 2. If you are local please pick up at this address. 3. I will upload pictures of where the car is located in the app 4. The key will be in the car in the middle console along with the parking exit ticket. There will be a parking ticket fee paid by you to the parking lot for your convenience that should not supersede $12. If it does please let me know and I will reimburse whatever is over $12. 5. The car door will automatically be unlocked when you arrive to the vehicle. 6. Please take pictures of the car inside and outside and upload them to the app photos. This is for your protection in case something is broken or an accident happens. PLEASE DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP. 7. The Car does have an EZ tag so feel free to go through the EZ tag lane. Please return the vehicle back clean and vacuumed Unless you paid for the post cleaning service) if it is not cleaned and vacuumed there will be a cleaning fee attached to the trip. 6. Please go through a brushless carwash if it needs cleaning. 7. The car has a car wash pass at Mr. Car wash. The exterior wash is free and the interior cleaning is $10. The address is 9637 Farm to Market 1960 Bypass Rd W Humble, TX 77338. This can work at any Mr. Car wash in Houston. 8. Please remove all trash from the vehicle. 9. Please remove all personal belongings. 10. Please take pictures of the inside of the car including the backseat, floor, front seat, car mileage, key in the middle of the console, and the full outside of the car along with the parking spot location. Please upload these pictures to the app ASAP. This will protect you and allows me to ensure everything is ready for the next guest. I hope that you have a safe departure . The car was nice but not a spacious as i would’ve liked and also the back last row of the car was very dirty and we didn’t realize until we lift the seats up and we advices Carlos and he said he didn’t know and apologized but i felt that was something that should’ve been throughly checked. Other than that the car was fine and drove nice just wish the ac was better did not blow very cold especially being that it’s so hot in Houston. When sitting in the back couldn’t really feel the ac especially in that last row but overall nice car and Carlos always responded when i messaged him about something

The car seemed great when I first got it. However right away the windshield wiper broke off, there was dripping noises comes from somewhere in the hood of the car. Carlos was great in delivery and directions.

I am not sure what you mean about dripping noises under the hood. But I need to check that out. I highly recommend using Carlos for rental. We needed a last minute family hauler and Carlos was able to accommodate us the same day within several hours. The Audi Q7 was perfect. Pickup and drop off was easy and quick. He communicated quickly and made the whole process seamless.
